Summer Session Registration **Cross-enrolled, Graduated Adults, and AVS students**

Closed on June 14th

If you submitted your registration by June 14th, you can consider your registration accepted* and you will be sent an email with login information on June 29, 2026. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email on June 29, as this important email often gets filtered into spam folders, particularly by Gmail accounts.

*We will not contact you before June 29 UNLESS we require more information or additional identification documents. IF we send you an email requesting more information or documents your registration is NOT complete and you will need to respond before June 25 to complete your registration or you will not be placed in a course.

Fully Enrolled K-12 Registration 2026-2027 School Year

 Fully Enrolled K-12 Registration Form for September 2026 

  • You will receive an email by May 2026 letting you know if your child has been accepted or waitlisted for the requested AVS program.
  • School aged students wishing to register for Fully Enrolled K-12 Programs that start in September 2026* can register with this link. Registration will open on August 3rd for all OTHER categories of students who wish to start their course(s) in September 2026.
  • Fusion, HBL, and Distance/Offsite programs are all considered Fully Enrolled programs.

  • Fully Enrolled means a student who is school aged and is taking all of their courses at AVS and is not enrolled at another school at the same time.

     

Adults Working Towards Graduation (Non-Graduated Adult)

  • *Please note that an AVS counsellor must review and finalize the graduation plan for every Adult WTG registration before it is processed. Priority is given to placing fully enrolled school aged students in courses in early September, so the review of Adult WTG registrations will likely not begin until October. 

You will need your Provincial Education Number to register. Registering without your correct PEN number will delay the processing of your registration. Your PEN is a nine-digit number that does not change even if a student changes schools or no longer attends school. Your PEN can be found on student documents, such as transcripts and report cards.
